Desktop application: Lumitag runs entirely offline. It does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. Your photos never leave your computer.

Website: We may use cookieless analytics (e.g., Plausible Analytics) to collect anonymized usage data (page views, referrer, country). No personal data is collected through analytics. If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address, which is processed by our newsletter provider Buttondown (https://buttondown.com/legal/privacy).

Purchases: All payments are processed by Paddle.com (Merchant of Record). Paddle collects your email and payment information under their own Privacy Policy. We receive only your email address and transaction details for license fulfillment.

3. Purpose of Processing

• Newsletter: To send product updates (only with your consent)
• Purchase: To fulfill the license agreement and provide support
